Compliance & COAs

The 2018 Farm Bill was signed into law on December 20, 2018, and is an extensive piece of legislation that covers a wide range of agricultural and rural issues. One of the most significant changes that the bill introduced was the legalization of hemp and its derivatives. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products with less than 0.3% THC by dry weight volume are considered legal and compliant with federal law. This means that products such as our hemp-derived Nano Delta 9 Syrup, which contains less than 0.3% THC, are legal to produce, sell, and use in the United States. To ensure compliance with the law, our product undergoes rigorous testing by a third-party laboratory to verify its THC content. Additionally, we follow strict quality control measures in our manufacturing process to ensure that our product meets all of the requirements set forth by the USDA. As such, customers can rest assured that our hemp-derived products are legal, safe, and of the highest quality.
